Getting Started with Profit Owl

Welcome to Profit Owl! This guide will help you get started with our platform, from setting up your account to exploring key features. Follow the steps below to begin your journey with Profit Owl.

Step 1: Setting Up Your Account

Create an Account

1. Visit the Profit Owl registration page (opens in a new tab).
2. Fill in the required details or connect with your Google Account:
   • Name
   • Email Address
   • Password
3. Click on the Register button.
4. Check your email for a verification link and click on it to verify your account.

Step 2: Subscription

Pick a Subscription

1. You will be directed to your settings page.
2. Choose a subscription tier to get started.

Step 3: Connect your Etsy Shop(s)

Connect your Etsy Shop.

1. Click the Plus(+) icon next you "Your Shops"
2. If you have multiple Etsy shops make sure you are already logged into the one you would like to connect.
3. Click "Connect To Etsy"
4. Reviews, Listings, and Orders will be retrieved. Please be patient if you have a large shop. Note: reviews and orders will be retrieved from the start of the current year. Note: You may be prompted to input your shop location if Profit Owl doesn't auto detect the location. This is used to calculate payment fees. Optional: Repeat these steps for your other Etsy shops.

1. Visit the Profit Owl Help Center (opens in a new tab).
2. Browse through articles and FAQs for assistance.

2.2 Contact Support

1. If you need further assistance, visit the Contact Us (opens in a new tab) page.
2. Fill in the contact form with your query.
3. Click on Submit to send your request to our support team.
