Orders Dashboard

The Orders Dashboard provides an overview of your shop's order performance and detailed order information. This guide will help you understand the various components and features of the Orders Dashboard. See all of your orders for evey Etsy shop you own and manage all expenses related to each order to calculate your net profits. You can also see which orders were from offsite ads and the profit calculation will take this into account automatically.

Important: Orders will pull in from the beginning of the current year.

Overview

The Orders Dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Summary Cards
  2. Order Details Table

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find summary cards that provide a quick overview of your order performance. These cards include:

  • Today: Displays the number of orders and total profit for the current day.
  • Yesterday: Shows the number of orders and total profit for the previous day.
  • Last 7 Days: Summarizes the number of orders and total profit for the last seven days.
  • This Month: Provides the number of orders and total profit for the current month.
  • This Year: Displays the number of orders and total profit for the current year.

Each summary card includes a profit value, which is calculated based on the sales data. If expenses are missing from a timeframe then there will be a warning message saying net profits may not be completely accurate.

Order Details Table

Below the summary cards, you will find the Order Details Table. This table lists all the orders along with their details. The columns in the table include:
