Reviews Dashboard

The Reviews Dashboard provides an overview of the reviews your products have received. This guide will help you understand the various components and features of the Reviews Dashboard.

Overview

The Reviews Dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Summary Cards
  2. Review Details Table

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find summary cards that provide a quick overview of your reviews. These cards include:

  • Total Reviews: Displays the total number of reviews received.
  • Average Rating: Shows the average rating of all reviews.
  • High Ratings (4 or 5 stars): The percentage of reviews that have a rating of 4 or 5 stars.

Each summary card provides a snapshot of your review performance.

Review Details Table

Below the summary cards, you will find the Review Details Table. This table lists all the reviews along with their details. The columns in the table include:

  • Review: The text of the review left by the customer.
  • Rating: The rating given by the customer, displayed as stars.
    • Example: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
  • Date: The date the review was left.
  • Listing ID: The unique identifier for the product listing.
  • Follow Up?: A checkbox you can use to indicate whether a follow-up action is needed. That way you don't forget to respond to a negative review.
  • Note: A field to add any personal notes related to the review.
  • Shop: The name of the shop where the review was left.

Adding Notes

You can add notes to each review to keep track of important information or follow-up actions.

  1. Click on the Add a note field next to the review.
  2. Type your note.
  3. Click the arrow button to save the note.

Shop Selector

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, there is a Shop Selector dropdown menu. This allows you to filter the reviews by a specific shop or view reviews from all shops.

  • Example: Select "All Shops" to view reviews from all shops.

Conclusion

The Reviews Dashboard is a powerful tool for monitoring and managing the reviews your products receive. By using the summary cards and review details table, you can quickly gain insights into customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
